Rosemary & Daniel’s Story
Rose and Daniel met in Spring 2020 while in their last semester at App State. Though they spent four years at App State at the same time, they actually met getting their EMT at the local community college. They were partners during their initial CPR certification and stayed friends though the class — frequently studying together.

First Official Date!
After App State graduation, they and another EMT moved in together and all worked together at a group home outside of Boone. Rose and Daniel spent time on the local fire department — they have actually been inside a burning building together.
August 4th 2021, while at a Rise Against concert, they decided they had been friends long enough and decided to finally, officially date.
In fall, 2021 they became closer as Daniel studied for Paramedic school and Rose worked on PA school applications. Together they learned how to climb and have spent time climbing at most all of the crags around Boone.

By far, Rose and Daniel’s best adventure is yet to come, as they tie the knot on August 10th.
